Bregenzerwald Rock Salt Cheese is a traditional semi-hard cheese with 45% fat in dry matter, matured according to an almost forgotten recipe and using primal salt (rock salt) and red cultures to create a truly unique taste experience. After a minimum of three months of ripening, this cheese impresses with its smooth, creamy texture and a delicate, tangy aroma.
