General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

10.2

The provider may request the return of defective goods and bears the return costs.

11. Liability

11.1

The provider is not liable for minor negligence, except for personal injury or essential contractual obligations.

Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or third-party damages is excluded unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

12. General Provisions

12.1

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

12.2

Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.

12.3

Set-off is only permitted if claims are legally related or recognized.

12.4

Customers must inform the provider of address changes.

Right of Withdrawal

The term “withdrawal” corresponds to the Austrian “right of rescission.”

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to customer specifications

  • perishable goods

  • newspapers and magazines (except subscriptions)

Loss of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for:

  • sealed goods opened after delivery (hygiene reasons)

  • sealed audio/video/software products

  • goods inseparably mixed with others

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
