Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We currently deliver within Austria and Germany.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.50 per order for deliveries within Austria and Germany. This shipping fee includes statutory VAT.

The shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the checkout page.

Delivery time within Austria is approximately 3–5 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.

Delivery time to Germany is approximately 5–7 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.

For certain promotions, shipping costs may be waived. In this case, the note “Shipping (Free)” will be displayed in the shopping cart.
