Autumn salad with goat cheese and cranberry dressing

Ingredients:

  • 200g lamb's lettuce
  • 1 roll of goat cheese
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 pear
  • For the dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp furore apple-cranberry gourmet sauce

Preparation:

1.      Wash and spin-dry the lamb's lettuce.

2.  Cut the goat cheese into rounds, place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little honey. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 5-8 minutes until golden brown.

3.  Meanwhile, cut the pear into thin wedges and roughly chop the walnuts.

4.  For the dressing, thoroughly mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and apple-cranberry gourmet sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

5.  Arrange the salad with pears and nuts, place the warm goat cheese on top and pour over the dressing.
