Grilled salmon fillet with dill mustard

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (with skin)
  • 1 jar of furore dill mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation:

1.      Wash the salmon, pat dry, and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2.  Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy.

3.  Turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until translucent.

4.  Just before serving, generously spoon the furore dill mustard over the fillets or serve it separately as a dip.

5.  Garnish with fresh dill and enjoy. A fresh cucumber salad goes well with this.
